[EN] Our rooms come fully furnished with everything you need such as a custom-made wardrobe and bed frame including a comfy premium mattress. Depending on size you’ll also have a nightstand and desk in there. If you want to work on that tan, you can get one of the rooms with a private or shared balcony or terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, and a refrigerator. A dining area is available. Apartments feature one or two spacious shared bathrooms. A washing machine is provided in each apartment. Located near Berlin’s main train station, this property offers convenient access to public transport and city amenities. Residents have access to shared community spaces and a cinema room. This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi. We’re sure you’re curious about your future flatmates! When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.
