In our WG, everyone has their own private space to relax and unwind, while still enjoying an open and communicative atmosphere. We value friendly interaction, mutual respect, and shared moments — whether that’s cooking together, planning activities, or simply having a good chat after a long day 😊 To make sure everyone feels comfortable, we carefully check in advance whether the chemistry between future flatmates is right. Cleanliness and tidiness are also very important to us, as they help create a pleasant and respectful home for everyone. 📍 Location – Risserkogelstraße, Berg am Laim The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Berg am Laim. Supermarkets, cafés, and all daily necessities are within easy reach.
