The area provides you with several shopping opportunities and excellent connections to public transport. This apartment provides everything you need for comfortable daily living. Your room comes fully furnished, complete with a bed and workspace, and the entire apartment is equally well-equipped. The kitchen includes appliances, cookware, a fridge, and a stove. Additionally, you’ll have access to a washing machine and Wi-Fi. We’re sure you’re curious about your future flatmates! Typically, they are international students or young professionals aged 20 to 35 who enjoy the experience of shared living. While we can’t share further details due to privacy regulations, we’re confident you’ll find a great community here. Please note that each room is for single occupancy, with guests allowed for a maximum of five days per month. To book the apartment, we require a few documents: a copy of your ID and proof of income (we accept flexible options such as an employment or internship contract, blocked account, savings, recent payslips, or similar documents from a guarantor). When booking, you’ll pay the first month’s rent in advance, but rest assured, you’ll only be charged for rent starting from your move-in date.
