You can also do your shopping with just a three-minute walk. Everything you could wish for, you can be found in this area! The Mauerpark is a popular place to spend the evening in summer. A popular running track is this even in winter. 🔔Please keep in mind that if the first day of a month is a holiday or a day of the weekend the check-in will be the next working day. IMPORTANT! Please note that the deposit needs to be paid right after signing the contract. Please ensure a timely transfer. In order for you to be able to move into your new home on time, the funds have to be in our account BEFORE the move in date. Without this payment, you'll NOT be able to move in.
