Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. Anmeldung/ Registration is possible. The monthly rent price is all inclusive (rent + heating + water + Internet + GEZ/german TV license fee). The deposit (950€) and the cleaning fee 50€ needs to be payed right after booking to the landlord flat-mate. To be clear 7 days before move in latest!
