Object description: On the 5th floor of this building you find the shared flat with 4 individual rooms. The rooms are ideally suited for students, as well as professionals, who are looking for a furnished living space in the middle of Frankfurt. Just unpack your suitcase and feel at home. Equipment: Here you will find really amazing charme of an old building of 1890. On the 5th floor (no elevator!) there are 4 individual fully furnished rooms. Each room is equipped with a boxspring bed incl. bedding and linen, wardrobe, desk with chair, mirror, TV and decorational accessories. The use of the Wifi is included in the monthly rent. The kitchen is fully furnished and has a cooking hob with stove, fridge and a dish washer. The bathroom is newly renovated a has a shower cabin as well as a bathtub. The toilet is located in a separate room on the opposite of the bathroom. A washing machine and a dryer can be found in the bathroom. The kitchen and the bathroom are for common use of the 4 flatmates. The common areas of the flat sharing community get professionally cleaned weekly. Location: The shared flat in Münchener Straße is in a central location of Frankfurt Bahnhofsviertel. (red light district nearby). Various restaurants, bars and clubs are in immediate vicinity. Also there are many supermarkets around the corner as well. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 5. Obergeschoss eines Altbaus, ein Aufzug ist nicht vorhanden. Die 4 Zimmer in dieser Wohngemeinschaft sind bestens geeignet für Studenten, Praktikanten und Berufstätige, die für mindestens 3 Monate, gerne aber auch länger, eine möblierte Unterkunft suchen. Hier muss man nur noch die Koffer auspacken und kann sich wohl fühlen. Ausstattung: Alle Zimmer sind mit einem Boxspringbett inkl. Bettzeug und Bettwäsche, einem großen Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Spiegel, Fernseher und Wohnaccesoires ausgestattet. Die Nutzung des WLAN ist in der Miete inbegriffen. Lage: Die Münchener Straße liegt im Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel (auch Rotlichtmilieu) und zählt zu den derzeit angesagten Szeneviertel-Lagen in Frankfurt. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befinden sich etliche Restaurants, Bars und Clubs, sowie Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs. Der Main ist fußläufig erreichbar und lädt zum Entspannen und Schlendern ein. Auch die Innenstadt mit etlichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist direkt um die Ecke. Durch die direkte Nähe zum Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof besteht eine gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die großen Banken und Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften/Unternehmensberatungen sind größtenteils auch fußläufig, in jedem Fall aber sehr schnell mittels öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen.
