Die Elbestraße befindet sich mitten in Frankfurts Szeneviertel rund um den Frankfurter Hauptbahnhof. Das Bahnhofsviertel liegt zentral zwischen dem Hauptbahnhof und in Laufnähe zur Innenstadt. In direkter Umgebung befinden sich zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars, sowie Clubs (Rotlichtviertel). Auch etliche Supermärkte, sowie Drogerien sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Main ist ebenfalls in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist optimal durch die direkte Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof.
